Microsoft Office Password Recovery Using GPU
Zobal, Lukáš ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Hranický, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes the password recovery of Microsoft Office documents by expanding an existing tool Wrathion. The thesis explains the issue of digital document protection, modern encryption and hashing algorithms and rudiments of OpenCL standard. Next, the analysis of structure of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint documents is performed, including all the versions since 1997. Using this knowledge, we create a draft and an implementation of improved DOC module for newer versions of the encryption, as well as a draft and an implementation of brand new modules for XLS and PPT formats and their newer variants DOCX, XLSX and PPTX. After that, we measure performance of the new modules and compare it with other competing password recovery tools.
Breath Alcohol Tester
Šmíd, Josef ; Rozman, Jiří (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This thesis works with measuring possibilities of alcohol concentration in the human body, comparison of these methods and possibilities of practical use. It also deals with the design of a simple breath alcohol tester with usage of semiconductor sensor.
The Proposal of Company Marketing Strategy
Pelán, Radim ; Kreps, Jakub (referee) ; Kaňovská, Lucie (advisor)
The key goal of my bachelor’s diploma thesis is to suggest a marketing plan of the eshop Brašničky.cz owned by the company OPTIMAL TWIN s.r.o. In the first part the thesis is focused on the theory of the marketing and online marketing. The second part is dedicated to the processes in the company, analysis of the marketing activities of the e-shop during the year 2013 and insights into the website traffic. The third part is focused on the suggested changes and improvements of the marketing strategy for 2014 with the return of investments taken into the account.
The comparation of triggerlytic effect of combination therapy (ultrasound + TENS) and ultra electrostimulation
Klesnilová, Eliška ; Demeková, Júlia (advisor) ; Kavka, Tomáš (referee)
The thesis deals with the effect of two methods of physical therapy on myofascial trigger point, in particular combined therapy (US + TENS) and ultra- electrostimulation. Furthermore, there is investigated whether the release of MTrP is reflected in values of pressure pain threshold in chained muscles and there is discussed the use of combined therapy as an objectification tool. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general and latest knowledge about myofascial trigger points. There are discussed some possibilities of the therapy with emphasis on physical therapy and transcutaneous electroneurostimulation, which form the basis for combined therapy (CT) and ultra-electrostimulation. The research part evaluates the effect of combined therapy and ultra-electrostimulation on a group of 12 probands randomly divided into two subgroups. Values of pressure pain threshold sensitivity, visual analogue pain scale (VAS) and the minimum intensity of electric current necessary to induce muscle contraction (measured by combined therapy) are used for objectification. Ultra-electrostimulation has proven to be a more effective method in VAS values, but in summary, the results cannot be considered statistically significant. The effect of MTrP release (of the trapezius muscle) on the chained muscles could not...
Effect of foam rolling on mechano-nociceptive and vibrational sensation.
Novotná, Eliška ; Čech, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Demeková, Júlia (referee)
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the influence of foam rolling on selected parameters of somatosensory perception (pressure-algic threshold, vibrotactile sensation). The theoretical part discusses fascial tissue, summarizes the current knowledge of foam rolling and focuses on the mechanisms of pain and vibrotactile sensation. The research part consists of a randomized blind study on a group of 15 healthy probands (11 women, 4 men), which evaluates the effect of foam rolling. The effect is objectivized by pressure algometry and vibrametry on the m. rectus femoris and m. biceps femoris of both lower limbs (measured before and after therapy). The value of the pressure pain threshold (PPT) increased after foam rolling. Vibrotactile threshold (VT) was lower after foam rolling than before its use, which means that vibrotactile sensitivity was increased. The results show that these changes do not occur only in the interventioned m. rectus femoris, but some changes in parameters can be found in other muscles as well. Keywords fascial tissues, foam rolling, pressure algometry, pressure pain treshold, PPT, vibrametry, somatosensory system, nociception, diffuse noxious inhibitory control, DNIC
Local changes of selected somatesthetic parameters in response to stretching m. quadriceps fenoris
Vaňková, Karolína ; Čech, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Lepšíková, Magdaléna (referee)
Fascial tissues form a continuous whole-body three-dimensional network penetrating all parts of the human body. They include all fibrous connective tissue that significantly contributes both to themaintaining of the integrity of the organism and the functioning of body systems and the somesthetic perception. That is because of the facia is richly populated by proprioceptiveand mechanosensitive nociceptive nerve endings. Although the stretching is a routine method used in sports and rehabilitation, its exact mechanism of influence and effects on the body are not fully understood so far. Stretching exercises affect the mechanical state of the myofascial tissues and also the quality of the nociception and proprioception by alteration of their preload. There is evidence about some differences of the mechanical properties of the tissuesboth between thesexes and hypermobile individuals. The theses assesses the effect of static stretching m. QF on the somesthetic perception by measuring pressure pain threshold (PPT) using pressure algometry and the quality of propcioception bygoniometric measurement considering the interindividual variance in quality of the connective tissues. Our research includes testing of 29 healthy subjects (14 women and 15 men) and it has proved significant impact of the intervention on the...
